Provider Listing Policy
Provider inclusion on CryptoPayAfrica is based primarily on relevance to the routes we cover — that is, whether a provider is genuinely useful to someone buying or selling stablecoins with an African payment method.
Possible reasons for listing
- supports an African fiat currency
- supports Mobile Money
- supports local bank transfer
- supports a stablecoin on-ramp or off-ramp
- operates a relevant P2P marketplace
- provides useful infrastructure for African users
What listing does not mean
Provider inclusion does not mean:
- endorsement
- regulatory approval
- recommendation
- guarantee of safety
- guarantee of availability
A provider appearing on CryptoPayAfrica has not been vetted, approved or recommended by us.
Provider removal
CryptoPayAfrica may remove, restrict or add warnings to providers where:
- the service has closed
- country support has ended
- information is materially misleading
- serious operational concerns arise
- regulatory restrictions make the listing inappropriate
Sponsored providers
Sponsored providers must be clearly labelled.
Payment must not automatically move a provider above organic comparison results. Where a sponsored placement exists, it is shown separately and marked so it cannot be confused with an organic listing.
